These Terms govern your access and use of the Tutzi platform including the website, mobile application, marketplace, livestreaming services, and social content features. By creating an account or using Tutzi, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Tutzi
Tutzi is a digital platform that enables users to:
- Buy and sell products
- Host livestream broadcasts
- Conduct live selling events
- Conduct live auction events
- Post photos and short videos
- Interact with other users
- Send virtual gifts to creators
Tutzi operates as a technology platform connecting users and does not manufacture, own, or control products sold on the platform.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with applicable laws
Tutzi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access platform services. Users agree to:
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Not share accounts with unauthorized individuals
Tutzi may suspend accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.
4. Social Content
Tutzi allows users to post photos and short videos. Users may:
- Upload photos and videos
- Add captions and hashtags
- Comment and interact with posts
- Share content with other users
Users are responsible for all content they publish.
5. Content Ownership and Platform License
Users retain ownership of content they upload. By posting content on Tutzi, users grant Tutzi a non-exclusive worldwide license to display, store, reproduce, and promote Tutzi using the content.
6. Community Guidelines
Users must not:
- Harass or bully others
- Promote violence or illegal activity
- Post explicit sexual content
- Conduct scams or fraudulent activity
Tutzi may remove content and suspend accounts violating these guidelines.
7. Marketplace Services
Tutzi provides a marketplace where sellers may list products and buyers may purchase them. Tutzi's role is limited to:
- Hosting listings
- Facilitating transactions
- Processing payments through third-party providers
Tutzi does not guarantee product quality or authenticity.
8. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate product descriptions
- Display correct pricing
- Ship products within the promised timeframe
- Handle returns and exchanges of products
Sellers must comply with consumer protection laws.
9. Prohibited Items
Sellers may not sell:
- Illegal drugs
- Firearms or weapons
- Explosives or hazardous materials
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen property
Tutzi may remove listings and suspend sellers violating these rules.
10. Buyer and Seller Protection
Tutzi may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. Buyer protection may apply when:
- Items are not delivered
- Items differ significantly from their descriptions
- Items arrive damaged
Tutzi may investigate disputes and determine appropriate outcomes.
11. Platform Fees
Tutzi may charge fees including:
- Sales commissions
- Payment processing fees
- Promotional fees
Payments may be processed through providers such as Stripe.
12. Shipping and Logistics
Sellers are responsible for:
- Packaging products
- Shipping orders promptly
- Providing tracking information
Tutzi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers.
13. Livestream Services
Tutzi allows users to host livestream broadcasts. Livestream features may include:
- Real-time streaming
- Viewer chat
- Live product selling
- Live product auction
- Virtual gifts
Tutzi may modify livestream features at any time.
14. Virtual Currency (Tutzi Bunny and Egg)
Tutzi may offer virtual currency known as Tutzi Bunny and Egg.
Bunny may be used to:
- Send virtual gifts
- Support creators
- Access platform features
- Purchase Eggs
Eggs may be used to:
- Send virtual gifts
- Support creators
- Access platform features
- Profile level up
Eggs may not be converted to Bunny. Bunny and Egg are digital items and have no real-world monetary value.
15. Virtual Gifts
Users may convert Bunny and Egg into digital gifts sent to creators during livestreams. Once sent, gifts cannot be reversed and are non-refundable. Creators may convert Bunny into earnings according to platform conversion rates. Users may convert Bunny into Eggs according to platform conversion rates. Users may not convert Eggs into Bunny.
16. Creator Monetization
Creators may earn through:
- Virtual gifts
- Product sales
- Sponsored promotions
- Affiliate marketing
Tutzi may deduct platform fees from creator earnings.
17. Influencer and Sponsored Content Disclosure
Creators must disclose when content includes:
- Sponsored promotions
- Paid partnerships
- Affiliate links
18. Privacy
Your use of Tutzi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
19. Copyright Policy and DMCA
Tutzi complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Users may not upload copyrighted material without permission. Copyright owners may submit takedown requests for infringing content. Repeat offenders may be banned.
20. Fraud Prevention
Tutzi may monitor platform activity to detect:
- Payment fraud
- Fake orders
- Virtual gift manipulation
- Account abuse
Accounts involved in fraud may be suspended.
21. Independent Seller Agreement
By listing products on Tutzi, sellers agree that they operate as independent businesses or individuals, are not employees or agents of Tutzi, and are solely responsible for their products. Sellers are responsible for:
- Product quality
- Product legality
- Customer complaints
- Product returns and exchanges
Sellers agree to indemnify Tutzi from claims related to their products.
22. Livestream Host Agreement
Users hosting livestreams agree to the following terms.
Host Responsibilities
- Follow community guidelines
- Accurately represent products sold during livestreams
- Treat viewers respectfully
- Avoid misleading promotions
Live Selling Conduct
Hosts selling products during livestreams must:
- Clearly show the product
- Provide accurate descriptions
- Display correct pricing
- Add/list products on inventory before streams
- Only sell products added/listed on inventory before streams
- Fulfill orders promptly
Misleading viewers or failing to fulfill orders may result in suspension.
Host Independence
Livestream hosts operate as independent creators. Hosts are not employees or agents of Tutzi. Hosts are responsible for their content, their sales, and their interactions with viewers.
Host Liability
Hosts agree to indemnify Tutzi against claims arising from product misrepresentation, fraudulent promotions, or intellectual property violations. Tutzi may suspend hosts who violate platform rules.
23. Account Suspension or Termination
Tutzi may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate platform policies
- Engage in fraud
- Harass other users
- Abuse platform features
Tutzi may withhold earnings linked to violations.
24. Limitation of Liability
Tutzi is not liable for:
- Product defects
- Shipping issues
- Disputes between users
- Losses resulting from platform use
- Returns or exchanges of products
Users access the platform at their own risk.
25. Taxes
Users earning income through Tutzi are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes. Tutzi may issue tax documents where required.
26. Changes to Terms
Tutzi may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

29. Live Auction Sales Policy
Tutzi may allow sellers and livestream hosts to conduct live auction sales during livestream broadcasts. Auction features may include real-time bidding by viewers and automatic winner selection based on the highest bid at the end of the auction timer.
29.1 Auction Participation
Users who place bids in a livestream auction agree that:
- Each bid represents a binding commitment to purchase the item if the bid wins
- Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed
- Users must ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase
Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension.
29.2 Auction Winner
At the end of the auction, the highest bid automatically wins the item. The winning bidder agrees to purchase the item at the final bid price. Payment will be automatically processed using the buyer's selected payment method.
29.3 Seller Responsibilities in Auctions
Sellers conducting auctions must:
- Clearly display the item during the livestream
- Provide accurate descriptions of the product
- Disclose product condition (new, used, refurbished)
- Ship the item within the promised timeframe
- Handle returns and exchanges of products
Misrepresentation of auction items may result in penalties.
29.4 Auction Timing
Tutzi may provide auction timers during livestreams. The auction will end automatically when the timer expires. Tutzi may implement anti-sniping mechanisms, such as extending the auction timer if bids are placed near the closing time.
29.5 Minimum Bids and Starting Prices
Sellers may set:
- Starting bid price
- Minimum bid increments
- Optional reserve prices
Tutzi may limit certain auction configurations to maintain fair marketplace practices.
29.6 Auction Cancellation
Sellers may not cancel auctions after bids have been placed unless:
- The item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the seller's control
- A listing error occurred
- Tutzi authorizes cancellation
Repeated auction cancellations may result in account suspension.
29.7 Non-Payment by Winning Bidders
If a winning bidder fails to complete payment, the bidder may receive penalties or suspension. Tutzi may offer the item to the next highest bidder or cancel the sale.
29.8 Prohibited Auction Practices
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fake bidding (shill bidding)
- Sellers bidding on their own auctions
- Coordinated bidding to manipulate prices
- Misrepresenting auction items
Tutzi may suspend accounts engaging in such behavior.
29.9 Platform Liability
Tutzi provides the technology platform for live auctions but does not guarantee the performance of buyers or sellers. Tutzi is not responsible for:
- Failure of buyers to complete payments
- Failure of sellers to ship items
- Disputes between auction participants
